For a city trip the hotel is due to its central location ideal (access to bus and tram; grand bazaar and blue Mosque about 15 minutes within walking distance). The breakfast is adequate and there was a nice view over the city. Furthermore, we had a great room with a great view. The value for money is good in any case! Read more

the hotel is for its location in the city center really okay. The staff are very welcoming. The location to the tourist locations, as well as the metro/airport was also very good.
only the food is bad. For breakfast you have no choice and a offered variety is poor. To drink cheap instant coffee and a lot to sweet juice. (no tea, no water...). Read more

Our room was not ready to check in, however, the staff was very courteous. There was a coffee as an apology, but they moved us to another. Well, with fruit platter, Empfangsgetränk and bouquet (like the pictures) we were not welcomed, on the view of a wall in the courtyard and a spiral staircase are claustrophic directly in front of the window. This hotel is more than you can expect of only 3 stars. It definately deserves 4 stars for the everyday cleaning, the friendly personal of the hotel and the food.
Each and every day the floors, the beds, the bathrooms and the stairs were cleaned. The food was cheap for there was a lot of different food, everyone will find their favorits there. The personal is unbelievable fiendly, attentive and patient.
