The hotel was actually very good. Something new, room apartment with kitchen and refrigerator, tv, middle-sized bathroom. It is cleaned every day and after a few days the bedlinen was changed. Unfortunately dirty mattresses are not cleaned but only with sheets covered. In the middle you will find three pools. A heated, a large heated pool and a kids knee. We were very satisfied with the hotel! The breakfast was a dream! The previous partly bad reviews in relation to the breakfast I can't understand! Very many all-inclusive tourists, so no good service more. Drinks very often only in plastic cups, different prices, no consultancy service. The restaurant was okay, but somehow unlovingly and very English. Golf hotel is exaggerated, because there was no access to the golf course and no benefit except on the Green adjoining golf course and also no shuttle. In the evening you can't sit outdoors, only in the lobby. Willingness to help at the front desk rather low-key. Read more

Golf Resort' applies only partly-on the las Americas golf Club adjoining, but no special packages for this or for the clubs in the surrounding area!
