Well situated hotel on the edge the old town ( cIRCA 400 meters) quiet, about 150 meters the central capacity 'Massena' and the start of the long pedestrian precinct. Easy access to the old park and from there to the promenade at the beach-'promenade anglais'. Park one cars in hotel garage expensive! 25,00 euros per day! We are each year anniversary in this hotel, since it was the last stop of our honeymoon and we enjoyed it very much. That says it all! We were pleased with the service and the cleanliness and the breakfast buffet from. You have free Wi-Fi and a secure parking space in the underground garage (however, 30 €per day-a bit excessive).
