We are a 10 persons-group in the hotel with all inclusive accommodated. Since we already often as a group with all inclusive traveling, and it was actually always of course, that we during the day and also evenings enough mineral water to get a drink. In this hotel you need to be drinking water eke! We were given as a group evenings no 1 liter bottles on the table - the one would supposedly buy. you can tell right after the check-in, that this hotel has Russian owner. If you don't all-inclusive booked in advance, you will be charged. In the restaurant for dinner, you should not more from the drinks dispenser juice or a cup of tea pour, without this per cup/glass at least two euro pay... the hotel has definitely not 5 star.
It is poorly furnished.
the furnishings the room was all right,
cleanliness left to desire, mold in the shower iND at the air conditioning.
the service in this hotel is zero. the staff has not greeted and a smile i've rarely seen. foreign languages skills were OK reasonable. Most we have no information got one simply times ignored.

So vacation past, and can only say it was okay with the hotel, the staff are very friendly and very efficient. As far as the hotel I was very disappointed I expected more I can only say the wellness area and the pool was full of mold in the sauna very little space to sit as the sauna is very small for such a large hotel and the water in the pool so cold that the sea was warmer even.
