The traffic connections were so far in order. The distance to the public was good, right on other side location. The staff was not too much to speak English. For French artist safe for 'only' but English-speaking very strenuous and quite unsuccessful.
The rooms were nice installed but extremely small. The extra charge for a large double bed was absolutely unjustified. 1.30 time 1.80 was not only very uncomfortable if more than one person wanted to sleep, it was also very difficult if you are over 1.80 was large.
