Apart from the street noise (which was unbelievably high from an outside apartment); the room smelled musty and unaired; the bathroom fan ran all day and all night (not very energy efficient) and when we complained, we were told it could not be fixed; there were lights that didn't work, and the TV connection was so poor that we were unable to view in-house movies, even had we wanted to.
