Smaller hotel, rooms are on the first floor very clean and well kept, bathroom is clean. Towels missing however. you can not to say, if in the opinion of the reviewer who employee is, only men in the restaurantwhen considering the present a voucher( for example for night) very unfriendly and reserved behavior the staff. Double room with two twin single beds ( pushed together) equipped. We are of the opinion, that the hotel for a stay in Hamburg with or without a car is suitable. The bus stop is right outside the door, from the ten minutes in about ten minutes in the small city of mountain village events can. From there the S-Bahn and every ten minutes towards Hamburg Centrum, so that you are in a good 1/2 hour in Hamburg was. With the car one is also not faster. Now to the rooms. The hotel is located about 30 minutes away from the center and without a car to reach inconvenient. It is for a city break not to. The rooms are not very big, but clean. The bathrooms are newly renovated and very clean. Towels were changed every day. A breakfast buffet is not. The breakfast consisted of rolls/bread, fried eggs/scrambled eggs/boiled eggs, hot drink, orange juice, cold cuts and sweet spreads. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The hotel is located in Hamburg mountain village! So I didn't know where I first start. The positive first: the cleanliness is nothing to say, as far as top. Rooms were small, but tolerable. Telephone was missing. But well, in each room you are usually not too long for. But: service abysmally poor. Waiters incapable, totally slow, linguistically completely overstrained.
