I found the rooms with mountain view to 24:00 o'clock too rough. The breakfast is varied, it was even sparkling wine. The atmosphere at the breakfast was due to the many guests very hectic. Seats are available. The handling of complaints is, in my view, could be improved. Read more

The outer leaves this hotel more suspect, when it can actually afford. The room, in front of all the bath, are a bit on the small side for this category. The decor is functional, but worn (drawers fall out or close properly not more), the cleaning of the room on each case would be improved, complaint was immediately without ' IFS 'but edited/helped, very friendly and above all at the reception German speaking staff,

Down side tenerife bars are ripping British tourists off ,with the down turn in the euro and lack of tourists they are charging what they want example 2 largers +1 wine + 1 bottle bacardi breezier 21 euros and the food is excellent around the outside bars but you pay the price. - in September 09
