- Meliá Jardines del Teide is an all-inclusive hotel, built around a huge pool complex and 12,000m² of tropical gardens. It has wonderful views of the coast and mountains, including Mount Teide.
Rooms at the hotel are bright and spacious. They all have air conditioning and satellite TV. Each room has a balcony or terrace, with views of the pool, sea or mountains.
The hotel is set just 5 minutes’ walk from Playa del Duque beach, in southern Tenerife. Costa Adeje Golf Club is 1.5 km away. There is also a free shuttle service to a nearby shopping centre.

In other forums this hotel takes, at times, unfairly very bad critics. I regard them as unjustified. The price/performance ratio is definitely correct. By the way, for breakfast, there's no coffee machine available anymore, but it's being served in small cans and is, for Spanish standards at least, good/very good. Relatively large facility, but very comfortable and nice because of the terrace shaped design and nice architecture. Generally clean location with good service (staff/food). Elevators are available there, despite the 9 floors, easily accessible and there does not have to be long ways back. Germans and Spanish of all ages. Adequate for everyone.
