The complex is in a very good condition, the from us booked rooms were not more available. We couldn't go very late check in and had some hours and hot sit around. An area to move or store the luggage there was not, therefore we could not in time to the beach. The cleanliness was acceptable. Many benefits to extra be paid, at the hotel's beach and outside at the restaurant you could just hang out, if you want something to eat or drink purchased. In this hotel you will be ripped off by the owners (couple and daughter) massive. Not very friendly, but at the end of the day they want your money. With complaints they suddenly understand nothing more, or are rude. The room cleaning was a disaster! No Service Orientation! The food is a permanent and not really tasty. Answer would be a very strives direct tone yes I could do anything for yourself and if I don't like something I will go to another hotel.
