The hotel is located downtown Memphis across the street from the ballpark, only 3 blocks from the famous Beale Street (5 minutes walk) and about a 10 minute walk from the Mississippi. The best value in downtown hotel, and therefore a jewel in the rough. Up to the Sun studios is a 5 minute drive by car, to Graceland about a 15 minute drive. The hotel has 2009/2010 completely renovated, the furniture is brand new. The pool is clean and in good repair.
