... The condition of the room 402 is not in accordance with the known Mercure hotels me, the ' bathroom is an apartment very small; vanity old, furniture in several areas of the apartments very worn. The front desk hardly spoke English, upon arrival not at all. The room was cleaned, but all the trash cans were not emptied from the previous guest, the shower always unfinished shower; the floor towel in the bathroom and dirty. It took two tries for the complaints, since the first attempt to no one spoke English or German. Very good in need of ren... Read more
