A nice hotel in the middle of the city, close to the harbor. If you draw the volume has survived the lobby, you can feel very well in the hotel.

As a base for exploring the port and to the center of town ideal, especially since the collection point for the numerous coaches go as well as the staff for the Tagesausflugsschiffe located in the immediate vicinity (within walking distance, about a 5 minute walk). I had just two issues, one is that the internet was not complementary, but I found that to be the case in most hotels in NZ, and the rate was ridiculous, I recommend finding an actual internet cafe, you will pay less or even most McDonalds have free WiFi. - in April 11

The hotel itself was awesome, I had a nice view of SkyTower, this hotel is very centrally located, just a few feet from the entrance you can get to the main transportation center, Britomart, and you can also catch a ferry close by in Queens Wharf. - in September 11

The decor of the rooms is a bit dated with an old TV set and the reception staff are a bit robotic, but otherwise I can't fault this hotel for exceptional value when you consider it's location directly opposite the transport centre in Auckland city centre.

I travel regularly all over the world and told them I had never been presented with excess charges anywhere else beore and would not be staying withthem again both because of the noisy rooms and the final straw the huge internet bill.
