1- the sink wasn't working and we asked to fix it -- they did eventually but after 5 days 2- if we ask for anything we have to bring it from the reception as they don't have enough staff to get it for u 3- the room wasn't equipped for 2 person 4- the staff wasn't professional and not friendly at all ( very humiliating ) 5- and finally the ac wasn't working probably ** i'll never book in mercure again also will not advise anyone 2
