After the tour through the cevennes and great bridge from millaud to the typical Mercure hotel in Carcassonne with young, in l i l a decorated rooms without minibars, safes, and my Unwanted queennsize-beds. Internet was possible. Parking is free! The restaurant is really good quality, the breakfast buffet was ok. the location is 10 minutes from the hotel. From the great CITADELLE and 30 minutes from the city ( the DDR again) and the canal du midi. further the tour through the mountains to the hotel "hotel urbis" in Spain. Read more

I have also noticed that staff wasn't to eager to replace the missing food, so come early if you want to taste everything (cheeses are usually the first to go :) ) Overall, I would recommend this hotel, would also stay there again if I have to visit Carcassonne once more.
