We were a group with 50 people. unfortunately came on our second to last day also have two groups! Up until about 1:00 A.M. in the night was not to think about sleeping! And in the morning to 6:00 it was going again! But apart from that, the hotel is not recommended for this reason alone, because the food (at least the for groups!) more than I think that was a 4-star hotel not worthy. Mercure Frederyk Chopin is a hotel of the lower middle class, which claims the hotel upper Mid-range to be. Very large, and laid out on tour, it offers the tourists or people on business trip actually a little more than a place to stay. On the webpage of two restaurants-one must be glad if one opened. The staff is rather small, the breakfast was not very varied and the menu at dinner was rather limited. The Mercure - hotel "Fryderyk Chopin" in Warsaw/Poland, this is without a doubt be described as a good hotel. However, I did some points are located, the could still be improved. But the most important thing for me was that the front desk was always someone, who spoke German. Also important was the fact that hotel within walking distance from the train station. The hotel has the typical Mercure-standard and is tastefully decorated. The rooms were big enough; bathroom and toilet were separated. The hotel is close to the station, the only downside is that the old town right away (about 20 min. walk). The surrounding area is a very unattractive (socialist buildings, commercial & other hotels). Read more
