If you like it quieter, should choose the Mercure. Unfortunately there is hardly a possibility of a drink at the hotel pool bar to take, to 22 o'clock tattoo and the chairs are rare. Strangely you got no receipts if food and drinks on the room have been posted. Otherwise the staff was very friendly and tried hard. The whole garden is very well maintained. The people are always friendly the stay in the hotel very pleasantly made. Small defects were immediately taken care of. The room was always neat and clean. Floral decorations on the bed. Good for the holiday mood. At low tide the that wasn't fun to swim in the sea, and also for snorklers not much to see under water is, therefor the hotel cannot do anything. The beach is a very big disappointment, we already knew from the high and low tide, but the beach was very dirty and full of trash, one thought the section by the water do not belong to the hotel, since there was never cleaned. The room was just OK although we very many strange bugs in the room and every night had to destroy countless larvae. Cleaned only, after the Putzboy a message written and have enough tip put down. A great low budget hotel, a perfect kitchen-very varied, tasty perfect, a big and very good breakfast buffet. The service of the staff very well organized. For entertaining in the evening is provided. The rooms were not so good, according to our opinion rather old and very, very dark and probably in need of renovation, but the tastes, as we know, are fortunately very different. The hotel cannot be blamed for the ignorance of others, but it would be nice if the hotel was pro-active in not allowing smoking in the restaurants All in all a very nice hotel with all staff from gardeners and room cleaners to managers making us feel very welcome, we would certainly return.

I can do basic but not dirty - the room was old and tired and although the beds were clean the bathroom was awful - stains and hairs on the floor with cracked tiles and dirty taps. - in February 10
All i look for in a room is good air-con clean beds and a good shower wot i dont do is look for stupid little things like mould in the grout ect ect i dont spend a holiday in a room i sleep in it shower in it so if you want attention to detail stay in nusa the bottom line is the rooms are perfectly adequate and functional.

I suspect the airconditioning is better in some rooms than others as I noticed three different brands of units being used around the hotel - perhaps as older units fail they are being replaced with better units? Also I suspect that some deluxe rooms are better than others if you happen to get a more recently renovated one.

The hotel's free shuttle to the Hardy's Supermarket is great if you want to get snacks for the room or want a ride back from the North end of Sanur which we often did after a long walk along the beachfront.

I think it is in the best part of Sanur, being in a quiet position yet within walking distance to lots of restaurants, and if you feel you need to be where the "action" is, its only a free shuttle bus or a cheap taxi fare away. - in July 10

The only gripe were i to give one is drink and food is expensive large bintang 58000 as opposed to 22000 along the beach which is a shame as i'd have loved to have had a large bintang at the resorts breeze bar or the cabanas on the beach. - in February 10
The food is expensive compared to outside, our bill for the first night was four times that of our second meal outside and we only ate there again on our last night as we had to pack etc, my partner opted for the buffet and in all honesty it was a total rip off, hence why the restaurant is empty every night.
