We had a non-renovated room on the third floor, facing the side street 306. The peeling paint on the door was only the beginning: broken furniture and dirt (on the armchair adhesive end candy, stains on carpet and walls, hair from more than four persons in the bathroom and dust) greeted us behind, enclosed photos! The hotel has us very pleasantly surprised.
It is located opposite the Gare du Nord.
Despite the traffic shopping and nightlife, right outside the window, it is within the room pleasantly quiet and clean.
The view over the sacré-Coeur at night was a big highlight.
The staff was very friendly and gave us very cordially at the reception (even in German).

The location is a dream. One falls from the Gare du Nord into this smart Hotel. From our room we had a fantastic view of the train station and Sacre Coeur. Metro station and several bus stops right in front of the hotel. We have used the buses first and foremost, because you get to know the city sees, what you would otherwise not see. You can get everywhere from here problem-free. Eiffel Tower, Ile de France, Arc de Triomphe, Sacre Coeur... Everything was great! The breakfast was a dream, I can't imagine that I would have. We chose this hotel because of its good location to the train station (our check in was with the TGV from Stuttgart). Overall we were satisfied as we really only the room to sleep and shower had been used. We had to say, however, that we seemed to be one of the unrenovated room: in the bathroom looked more than just usage, the bed was just 1,4o meters wide, the window facing a courtyard and was not the flies out on.
