The hotel was very many rooms, on the long corridors are spread out.
It is everything very clean and tidy, no reasons to the complaint.
We had booked accommodation with breakfast.
The room had a pleasant size, were attractively decorated and very clean.
The staff were always very friendly, Communication in English is not not a problem.
Complaints there was not.
The breakfast was very varied and fresh. Western and Asian kitchen was offered. Which be warm should, was warm. It was very clean and pleasant in the dining room.

A very impersonal hotel. It seems ironic, that in a hotel room a international hotel chain no soap and no hair dryer was available... The dinner buffet is served in the cool banquet facilities, what contributed not very to raise the profile of mood. The food was average, so also the breakfast buffet. The front desk staff were very nice and courteous, what you can not say from the customer. Read more

A pleasant hotel with good comfort, unfortunately was beeing renewed the pool, it was offered a shuttle service to another hotel for swimming.
But we have not used due to lack of time.
The room is clean and large with all the comfort and suitable bathroom.
The prices at the bar and in the restaurant are european, but the quality was good.
The breakfast buffet was adequate with plenty of choice, but the air conditioning to low set a lot, as in a refrigerator.

The hotel is beautiful, the room are located in a quiet area, were nicely decorated and clean. The hotel was during the trip the first in Laos. The dinner in the hotel was plentiful and included in the price and was very good. The house a Kolonialfranzöschischen charm. Is but clean and well-kept! Please ensure, that you get no room in the pool. During our stay there were groups at the bar and can it already something become louder. Read more
