For families with kids too! Extra wishes were taken into account with certainty! 2 Hours. Bowling is free top (kids bowling shoes were not a charge). I was only there for one night, had a single room on the street, directly in front of the neon sign. The Windows did not properly darken. This is a moot point, even though the neon sign fortunately sometime in the night was switched off. Also the windows are not sound-isolated, given the tram (line seven runs still a GDR model and is quite noisy) and the amenities would have been a worthwhile investment. Everything was great, staff very friendly. The bowling alley perfect if you are traveling with more. Food was very good, quality and portions top, almost like higher gastronomy. In the evening one can sit comfortably in the bierkneipe.

Some of the staff were very friendly, others at very 'short'. The rooms were only superficially clean, dusting seems to be secondary. The minibar cabinets without mini bar was in the inner don't get more wood colors, but grey. An information folder in the room you are looking for, such as the use of the room safe or the opening hours of the restaurants for breakfast and dinner you had to ask. On the food you had to wait very long (50-60 minutes minutes) for a pasta dish, meat took a bit longer. When asked why we had to wait a long time came the response of the staff: 'the chef can only boil'. The staff was not very friendly.
