On the whole we were very satisfied. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Especially towards children. The hotel is in a good condition. Unfortunately the rooms are a bit small and as we do not find the standard of a Hilton. The bathroom was disappointing. For my third Mersin-trip had I wasn't interested anymore in the 'Sultasa' and I therefore decided that hardly any more expensive Hilton (about 60, -EURO for the double room including breakfast as winter special). This decision was the best of the year.HCLFHLThe proposal made in the title, this hotel with the friendliest staff award for the offer, I am quite serious. The staff was very friendly, the service was also very good. Especially we enjoyed the breakfast buffet. If there weren't any more vacant tables, was 'added '.
