All very friendly, polite, courteous and for a chat outgoing. We missed a suitcase (US Airways thank heavens) and we sometimes cleared the front desk and the Housboys crazy, but all very friendly and we were always helped bear ...

It was a pretty and clean hotel, which had a pool area which then led directly onto the beach. The rooms were quite nice and staff friendly.
The room was very pretty and well cleaned by the cleaning staff.
The employees were friendly, all our requests were taken care of.
The only thing we tried was the breakfast. There was a buffet, which was ok but expensive. What i REALLY didn't like was that they brought us drinks as soon as we sat down (which we didn't order) and them charged us for them even though we didn't want them!

Our room was huge and best equipped, but would be a view of the beach nor have been nicer. Pool and entrance to the sea were suitable left also left nothing to be desired. The Americans are generally not known for your culinary traditions, therefore it was in this hotel drawbacks. At the front desk is English language, which was also no one could expect in America.
