Ladies and Gentlemen,
Four points, I would like to add.
1. There is a lack of the necessary safety devices (fire extinguishers difficult to access, no Fluchtplan available).
. 2 no smoke detector in the hallway and in the rooms
Third no parking, cars were greeted by a person always back and forth parked; on my new car? A queasy feeling and for 20 €per day (night) separately request, I think was quite outrageous.

Room was extremely small for two people. Hectic check-in and hectic atmosphere. Bathrooms are small, clean and with small flaws (broken shower head holder). Breakfast buffet good. Controls for lighting/TV confusing. Fee applies: 20 Euro/day. Recommended only the location. Read more

The hotel is still being re-furbished and we were in one of the older rooms which was very dated and the aircon was rather smelly-this was the only downside, all other areas of the hotel-reception/breakfast room were very nicely finished-modern and clean, staff were very friendly, excellent selection for breakfast and nice bar for evening drinks.
