This hotel on the East River is particularly interesting because of its magnificent outlook. It is located in the upper floors of a skyscraper. The staff in the foyer is friendly and helpful with all your needs. The hotel at all seems to be modern and clean. The International guests are obviously connected to the UN and its Institutions.

the hotel is a 38-story building and belongs to the UN complex. It has an indoor pool, tennis courts, fitness center, etc. If they things uses, it is a big plus.
the room was very disappointing. For this price I just expected more. Old, safe 20-year-old decor, the bathroom partly the plaster in the corners, no mini bar, an old sofa on the pillow were, what on the side, where you on the sofa were already whose color assumptions... Disgusting.

From the outside the hotel looks very new and impressive. Inside you can see for the most part, that a renovation would be necessary. Especially in the bathroom weren't already some visible. Is actually not too bad, but for a 4-star hotel in this price range I had expected something else. The staff was very polite and helpful. There is nothing to complain about. So the view from the 40 and stick of the hotel on the new York city skyline was terrific! The windows in the room open (!! be careful with children). The service and were very good indeed constitute seals! The room was rather only satisfactory, for us it was below the desk a wiring!
