Even though I am twice by e-mail have complained, I was told no. The tablecloths were often dirty at the breakfast. From the vending machines for hot drinks all came out of a water tap, for example, coffee or hot chocolate, with the rest from the previous guest. The waiters were often unfriendly. The service was very good. The lunch or dinner was often unimaginative, beverage areas were found atrocious and was served as a menu choice.
