All together a great vacation, the staff are friendly and helpful ( as the forest reflects...), the food uS always tasted good, the room is clean but old and worn, the garbage bin in the bathroom only the rust together but otherwise everything was OK. With enough tip at the bed are the towels artfully decorated.

When we arrived the rooms were not yet ready. As the rooms were then changed, the towels were missing and the toilet paper. The latter was delivered first after the third complaint. The staff is absolutely unfriendly and would rather everything other than work... Read more

the hotel we really liked. The employees are friendly and accommodating. Foreign complex was for us large enough.

from the guests were all age groups represented.
the room was huge and Nice, and there were in the room no safe, mini bar or coffee machine. The room was clean and in good condition.

the people are not zuschade in various languages award. ( German English, Italian, french and even some schweiterdeutsch )

We are dispointed about 1 week holidays in Miramar.The personal its not so friendly.We have to small children and I need milk for them.In the morning,wasnt a problem,because I could take from the breakfast.But in the evening,after dinner,when I asked by the kitchen for some milk,they didnt want to gave me,the personal sent me to the bar.And of course,I had to pay per portion.Never happend to me this in other hotels.
For 1.700 Euro,4 persons,HP/1 week=isnt worth it!
No environment,no animation,absloutly nothing for the children.Just a pool!... Read more

This hotel is ideal, not on the room and much to do. Pool, restaurant and wellness area are really recommendable and also in the area you can restaurants, casino or small shops fast and within walking distance. The staff at the hotel were very courteous and our complaint and the room change smoothly over the stage. The only drawback is the rooms: these are cleaned every day and mopped, but very superficially.
