The hotel is conveniently located in the area of the convention center, across the street from the Condado beach, about a 20-minute drive from San Juan away from the airport. The beautiful old town 'old San Juan' is within five minutes with the bus, stop directly before the door, 50 cents for (the only suitable change. You didn't drive you with enough ☺ reachable. Furthermore, the walk is about 30 minutes and to the surf beach you can reach the old town.

Moreover, what made the experience great was that I was awoke to a nice continental breakfast including oatmeal or cereal and excellent coffee, shopped all day (one day in the neighborhood (Marshall's, Walgreens, multiple shoe shops and men's clothing stores) another day at the mall.

What it did have was charm, great staff (Shout out to Miguel), a rooftoop sitting area and shaded patio, work out facility, washer/dryer for laundry, restaurant and vending with reasonably priced drinks and snacks and most of all close proximity to lots of nightlife, shopping, restaurants and english speaking movie theater all in walking distance or short .

Location is good for old san juan as you can get a bus from just outside the hotel and in just under 10 mins for 50-75 cents per person each way you can be at the port docks. - in October 09

We stayed there for three nights - our room was very clean, and the staff was truly accomodating - we especially liked Miguel at the Front Desk and Omar, the Chef in the small but excellent Bistro Restaurant - we had our pet Yorkie (Roscoe) with us, and they really accommodated him - the Owner (I think his name was Juan) even brought his Yorkie down to be introduced to Roscoe.
