Hotel Mövenpick Resort & Spa Mauritius

We have a lot expected more, drinks order them and they also, it took forever, even though the hotel at best one-third was occupied. More on new year's Eve guests arrived, it was staff completely overburdened and in order to get a place to eat, one had to be already a lot Lucky. The rooms were very old, it smelled musty, mold in the air conditioning, cockroaches & ants & other bugs in the room. The room service was forgotten several times in the exchange the towels uS new to give. One had up to 5 the housekeeping phone for about 3 hours get some. No four stars standard! The complex and the garden are very beautiful though. The breakfast & buffet in the evening are great. We had the half board and were very satisfied. The waiters are very friendly. This hotel has a wonderful location and the puristic style has excellent shopping opportunities in the immediate vicinity. Clear shapes and a nice combination of colors and items such as water or flowers. With English knowledge one got along very well. Read more
