the friendliness international staff is in all areas well, it is a sign of a good staffing.

we were very felt comfortable and relaxed. The first room, we had was very loud, live music until 24:00 we not o'clock hear. Problems but a change in an absolutely quiet room. the state of the hotel was very good. A new area with more interesting architecture.
we had then 2 rooms one for us adults and our recent son(5) and one for our two older. Our family room was right next to the bar, where evenings until about 2 o'clock, very loud music played. Quiet sleep before 2 hours? Wrong! This room you may not families with small children rent.

Love Mövenpick-people, since it in Jordan are very present, you will your in fact, the hotel is not over! Only, certain things for a hotel in this price range are not acceptable. Though the hotel seems overall more family oriented, the pool is like a small aqua park for kids and the Minibar is for free, which is great for everyone but i could imagine especially for parents who don't have to explain to their kids that the fridge full of goodies is not to be touched :) Other than that the facilities and layout of the hotel were absolutely stunning.

Very good service; has a shuttle to/from town but could do with more frequent trips; competent staff; and most important, we were made to feel very welcome in a genuine way - everybody was genuinely nice, eventhough it is their job to be welcoming, there was no hint that the welcome and pleasantness was not genuine.

Brandnew hotel, very comfortable and modern, very nice pool areas, beautiful view, very comfortable rooms with wonderful beds and balcony, nice toiletry products in the bathroom, free items from the minibar, beautiful bar area and outdoors sitting space, well organised diving centre with helpful staff and beautiful diving/snorkeling possibilities, excellent food with large variety.

A particularly useful feature of the hotel is the shuttle service between tala Bay and the sister hotel in Aqaba itself - it runs 8 times a day, is free, and allows you to get a change of scenery when you'd like something more than just swimming pools and beaches (although the pools are great).
