The Hotel Monaco is small and cosy family run hotel in the very heart of Munich.
Hotel location
The hotel Monaco is located right away in the city cebtre of Munich,
around 4 minutes walking distance from the train station. The stachus,
the beautiful big plaza and entrance to Munichs biggest shopping street
can be reached within few minutes as well. The trade fair can be
reached within 20 minutes with a direct subway connection, the airport
is a 40 minutes train ride away as well. All sights can be reached very
easily starting from hotel Monaco.
Service at the hotel
We do offer free WIFI access in every hotel room as well as free concierge service. We are happy to book tours for you, reserve rooms, cars and more, have free citymaps and so much more. Freezing tourists we help out with hot water bags, if you id forget your cd payer: we´ll borrow you our ones. Whatever you need: As us and we will try to help out.
Gastronomy in the hotel
We are a so called hotel garni. This means we do offer a huge and fresh buffet for breakfast only. You will find fresh fruit, homemade salads, cereals and cake and so much more.For lunch and dinner we are happy to recommend you one of our favourite restaurants in this neighborhood.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
As we are very small and very centrally located hotel we do not have an own gymn. But luckily there are some public gymns in the neighborhood which can be used with daypasses by tourists and we are happy to recommend you jogging trails as well as swimmingpools and more.

Our rooms have been renovated recently. Our style is a comfy countryhousestyle with a bavarian touch but with all modern equipments needed today. Although you might be far from home when staying with us, we do our best to make you feel home here as well

Nice, clean hotel with super friendly staff at a great price! Everything was wonderful. The only negative thing I can say is that the hotel is situated on a very noisy city street. With windows closed there is no problem. However, if it is warm and you need them open, you're going to need earplugs. Other than that, all is great. Read more

We were for a München short trip in this hotel. It is very centrally situated close to train station, walking distance to old town with marienplatz, viktualienmarkt, etc.. The room was clean and in Bavarian style, the bathroom fairly new and also very clean. Breakfast was diverse and all hotel staff very friendly and helpful. Now comes the but... Am on the search after a hotel with without gluten breakfast on the hotel Monaco and have the 4 days there, gladly spent. A separate storage of gluten-free food, rolls on aluminum foil aufgebacken and even cookies were without gluten in offer.
