The Monnaber Nou hotel is a restored manor house set in over 370 acres of the most unspoilt Majorcan countryside, the essence of the beautiful and tranquil island which first attracted tourists well over a century ago. Enjoy the unique combination of traditional Majorcan tradition, stylish ambiance, intimate atmosphere and modern facilities. The quiet location, comfortable rooms and excellent service ensure a relaxing holiday, has one of the most beautiful areas of Majorca, at the foot of the Mountains of Tramuntana. The hotel comprises 25 rooms, a romantic courtyard, several lounges with fireplace, a bar and an à la carte restaurant with a covered outdoor terrace.

The hotel is located on a hill in a green and hilly landscape at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains and is the perfect starting point for hiking and mountain biking. Also popular tourist attractions and beaches like Pollensa (approx. 9 km) or Alcudia (approx. 15 km) can be achieved quickly. The small and beautiful village Campanet and the caves of Campanet are close by.
Gastronomy in the hotel
The hotel's restaurant, the former dining room of the manor, offers its guests from the terrace, a panoramic view. Excellent Mallorcan and Mediterranean cuisine prepared with fresh local products. Many products come even from your own ecological cultivation, such as Olive oil, lamb, pork and more than 30 different fruit and vegetables. Guests can enjoy our breakfast buffet, an à la carte menu and a daily changing 3-course menu to choose from.
Sports, entertainment and pool in the hotel
The hotel offers its guest a beautiful outdoor pool area, also a spa area where guests can relax completely. This has two saunas, a turkish steam bath, Jacuzzi, Kneipp shower, fitness room and a heated indoor swimming pool. Furthermore, various wellness and massage treatments can be booked. Further facilities include two tennis courts with flood lights for free. The hotel also has its own stables. In small groups (up to 4 people) we offer horseback riding for horse lovers. The hotel has its own bikes, which can be rented by our clients. The hotel is the perfect starting point cycling and hiking in the breathtaking "Serra de Tramuntana" mountains.

The place is living off its location. Very quiet and very nice. Book only with rental car otherwise too remote. The food was very nice but the price at the upper limit. The rooms nice and large. Be careful not to stay under the restaurant. (eternal chair scraping) Read more

Wonderful location, also as a starting point for those North-West ideal. Rooms, we had a suite with a wee balcony, are very clean and spacious, bathroom was okay and clean. Breakfast good with wide and wonderful winter garden, or a terrace with view. The cleanliness of the restaurant was found in a very nice atmosphere instead, we enjoyed but not, was extremely bad and too expensive (half-board). Much better is, in the already compulsory to get rental car and drove to Alcudia or pollenca and food for less money and better. Read more

We were already in September 2008 in this hotel and we really liked it, because it was peaceful and is out of the way, we booked again. This time we stayed in August and it was not so quiet, as some families with children there, but in the holidays. The food was great, if you fancy kitchen imaginative and easy, its fun. The hotel is also a good starting point for excursions by car or bike. We have also a bike ride, from the hotel to pollenca, along the Bay of Alcudia and back, you bikes from the hotel were OK. The location of the hotel is really nice in the country side - it was wonderful waking up in the morning to the sound of sheep bells and look out the balcony doors at a beautiful typical Mallorquin country side with olive and almond trees.
