This hotel was really a gem of a place. In 2009 , the former newspaper publishing company was carefully renovated, so that on one hand, the charm of the old building remained (in the beautiful lifts), on the other hand in the other rooms all the modern comforts. The rooms were very large and carefully inner architecturally designed. The pictures on the internet showed it well (e.g. this here: Http://www.morenobuenosaires.com/extra-large-room.asp).
Altogether a fine city hotel with a special atmosphere.

Hotel is located in old Verlagsgebäude. A few years ago converted to a hotel. Although centrally located, the immediate surroundings were not very inviting, but in immediate Nearby the artists quarter of san telmo (Sunday market and events on many roads, you should visit). Other sights, Places and shopping within walking reachable.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. Organized city tour bus with very competent leaders small; pick up at hotel.
Rooms are large and very clean.
