The hotel has about 600 rooms - so is a huge hotel, but it's an old concrete block staff nothing of service and hospitality at the hut. During your stay from all 10 days despite sign "Please clean" is not the only time gestaubsagt. Only the towels were changed. Dusting or similar in the 10 days. In addition, we had a non-smoking room and get reserved a smoking room. A complaint but after 3 days of it terror cared. Guests are mainly Russian, but also lots of Germans.

on the excellent location at the end of the nevski-prospectus everything has already been said. The great surprise for me was the food. In the evening there was a rich buffet with typical Russian cuisine. Everything tasted very good. At the reception German and English spoken. Check out was the fastest, I've ever experienced.

It is a huge complex with 8 floors and over 700 rooms and therefore the paths are long, but there were several elevators available and everywhere there were also comfortable seating areas. The hotel has also access: a huge supermarket (open 24 hours), Mc Donalds, several souvenir shops, currency exchange, car rental, theater tickets sale, jewelry, cafe, even a post office. Especially the decor of the rooms have us very much fallen. The furniture was not luxurious, but the accessories. It was a device, with the active or switched off the supply, but a fridge and the air conditioning also walked farther, if one left the room.
