Beautiful small hotel in the immediate vicinity of the old town, everything easily reachable on foot. We already have some hotels in München try out, as well, as here, I have rarely slept-the web announced 5 stars beds are really good. And the breakfast also, whereas it with 13 euros really beautiful expensive (I think) the staff are very friendly and in everything helpful( city map, UNDERGROUND train schedule, dining-tip), if you want it.
