Hotel Mukarnas Spa Resort

The entire hotel was wonderful. The staff, friendly, accommodating and always diligent. I went with my daughter and we had large nothing to complain about. The outdoor pool was too cold to swim November, but we swam in the indoor pool and then we put to the pool in the sun. The food was outstanding in the context of such a major choice, that you never could try everything. Every day there was something different. A very nice and clean complex with a wonderful garden area. Some Corners of the hotel are however already somewhat in need of renovation. the hotel itself is very nice. We had very large Rooms and the condition was all right. a lot of Turks and Russians, but no problems. Average Age between 30 and 70. very large room with a balcony (was but also a deluxe room). staff was friendly and nice. Little knowledge of German, but was not a problem. cleaning of the rooms was a big shortcoming. The hotel and the complex with beach ( however rough gravel) beautiful, very clean and pleasant staff. Room was spacious and very nicely furnished. At this time of the year were many Germans there, due to the public holiday ( Opferfest) were also several Turks in the hotel.
