The Murray Hill Inn should not be confused with the Murray Hill East. The presentation of the travel agent is hard to understand. The Murray Hill Inn is a overnight stays without gastronomy and there is no kitchen in the room. Our room was very large (we had king size bed because we are large) and nicely appointed. Everything was very clean. Front-view is ok, because it is permanently dark due to the narrow housing, the air conditioning worked well. The hotel is one of the most economical, we found in Manhattan. We were very pleasantly surprised! Location: top!!! Right in Manhattan, close to the Chrysler and Empire State Buldings. Metro station very close and with a weekly pass for the subway is everything in Manhattan more than can be easily reached. Hotel: small with 4 floors, narrow corridors and without elevator. We booked this hotel as we wanted to see New York with all its sights. We were not planning to hang out in our room for a long time. As we were only on the road, was important us the night's sleep, we had. The major transportation were given to travel in the whole city. It was also possible to walk some sights. The room was very small, but otherwise OK. For a one week Once during the closet size has more than adequate. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel for the price is really in order. However one should not the smallest room, as the is really a cell. We had a room on the side (even though we had booked front view), plus: it is quiet during the night, disadvantage: You felt like it would be at night, because there was no light into the room. The heating system is below ground. not in the respective rooms can be controlled by, but centrally over reception. the room sauna, because permanently hot humid Elektroheizungsluft pumped out in the small room.
