The mini bar was sadly was closed and couldn't use, as in many other places. In addition one should be informed, that Neckermann at an actual transfer time of about 30 minutes its guests already pick up four hours before takeoff. A former 4 star hotel in great need of modernisation. floor tiles and carpets are badly worn. The façade crumbled away and is shabby, railings were rusting. The rooms all had an ocean view and are generously sized. The balcony is rather small like the pool (max. 30 Beach chairs with 91 rooms! ) The staff was very friendly and endeavored. Breakfast and cold buffet were good, the hot food was always bad flavored. It is not allowed, more than once to go to the buffet, (staff away the cutlery and there is no new) which led, that the guests with overcrowded plates and unfriendly views through the restaurant within walking distance of the staff Reap.
