Very nice, clean and cheap hotel in a quiet location in Poppelsdorf. Pedestrian street, museum mile, the banks of the Rhine, botanical garden within reachable. Nearby you will find numerous bars and restaurants.
The breakfast met normal requirements. At the weekends there were very few guests.

The rooms are small, bathroom and shower very small (nothing for stronger people). A musty odor in the room was, also often air nothing. The mattress wasn't't good condition, worn out. The cleaning staff twice had a cloth on the table can, should probably do her job. I use this hotel since for the missions. The staff is nice, the rooms were clean. Daily Towel Change. Smoking rooms are also. The mattresses were in order. The room was equipped with everything, which one needs in such a way. Luggage rack, closet, tv, desk, seating area, small table and the bed of course. (Not sure why they do not have double beds if they have the space)? Energy saving bulbs used extensively in corridors and as reception is not manned 24 hours it can at times be intimidating when on your own late at night, especially when you do not speak German and the hotel is located in quiet residential area.
