The hotel provides all the amenities to ensure our guests a pleasant stay:
122 comfortable rooms, lobby bar and restaurant, a free internet terminal and all the sightseeing and shopping facilities of the city in walking distance.
Hotel location
Fribourg is close to Geneva, Bern and Zurich, and is beyond doubt one of the most beautiful cities in Switzerland.
The hotel is located in the center of Fribourg, close to the train station, and offers a central base for business travellers as well as it is an ideal starting point for individual travellers. The main station is 300 m and the exhibition center is 4 km from the hotel.
Most of the sights, museums and the historic city are in walking distance.
The hotel has an underground garage for guests, and public parking areas (both with parking fee) are also available nearby.
Service at the hotel
9 variable meeting rooms, which can be divided by sliding walls to offer the proper size for 10 to 500 people. The rooms provide daylight and can be darkened. Space, comfort, tranquility and modern conference technology guarantee the best atmosphere for meetings, presentations and receptions.
We provide tailor-made meeting packages; we also organize private festivities such as weddings and Christmas parties for up to 300 people.
Gastronomy in the hotel
Our chef and his professional team are pleased to accomplish our guests’ culinary desires and coddle them with fine international cuisine and exquisite desserts.
We provide a daily lunch menu, as well as a menu with carefully selected seasonal dishes and an excellent choice of Swiss wines.
Our restaurant (non-smoking) has a capacity of 100 guests.

We had a very nice weekend in Fribourg spent. The hotel is a bit old, but very clean. Our room was very spacious and had a great view. The staff were always friendly and very courteous. The selection at the breakfast buffet was very extensive, and the restaurant has a cosy atmosphere. We are coming with great pleasure again! Read more

We chose the hotel, because the Hotel is very centrally located. However, that was the only advantage. The staff was depending on shape sometimes more, sometimes less helpful. But, above all, from the rooms we were disappointed. The furniture is shabby, the carpet was stained and there was no air conditioning, which in the hottest time of the year, when we were there, a strong downside was. Read more

For a extended weekend (2 nights) we were by eBay at the NH-Hotel. The room was huge (space for the drivable cot was sufficiently available). Our room was on the top floor in the back, with a view of the Alps.
To adjoining pedestrian area with the old town of Fribourg is only a few steps away.
The hotel is conveniently located near bars and restaurants, as well as a nightclub. We heard absolutely nothing about this.
