I can confirm the negative vote. Everything was clean, the staff friendly, just as, as a four-star hotel should be.
the hotel lies in the middle of an industrial area with large shopping center and cinema. Park were sufficient and free available. Within a few minutes walk to the stop the tram Mannheim or Heidelberg. As a visitor a fair in the rose garden I valued, the railways direct right in front of the house matched continues. ... NH standards and I know very carefully, I can only say, that wrong with our complaint has been handled and the food wasn't so far have been, if the rooms before tidy cleaned been to.
