... reception after they left and requested to be moved as I was already expecting a lot of noise when they came back. However, this was not possible and the person at the reception ensured they would maintain order and request the guests to be quiet. It seems they never warned them and when I complained about this at the checkout, I was almost laughed at in the face by the person that helped me...
Overall it was a bad experience and I would not recommend the hotel for family trips. Maybe it is different during the week for business traveling. Read more

Were a night to the best of musical gala at the NH hotel and absolutely loved it! Any time again! Rarely found such a friendly and helpful staff experienced=)
The breakfast was great! The rest we can say unfortunately nothing, since we already again had to leave!
The pedestrian precinct is only 5-minute walk away. All together despite the closeness of the train station a great hotel! (from the trains you can hear nothing)

we had a inclusive breakfast booked. The buffet area where breakfast and lunch buffet took place was well maintained and spacious.
there were several meetings and so many business and Tagungsreisende.
the room was very spacious and for my taste very nice furnished. I also think it is always pleasant if there is no carpet -there are dark wooden floor.
