Very decent hotel, quite sober (business hotel). Decor in the Z'immern a bit dark. View from our window was onto a Concrete building opposite. Breakfast was very well and varied. Bathroom could be replaced. Very good beds. Read more

In comparison to the last visit the hotel has very strong decline. In particular the quality of the food left a lot to be desired. The cheese and the cold meat were moldy. The selection at the buffet is rather poor. At the next visit I will definitely choose another hotel. Read more

The NH hotel is a nice city hotel in the heart of the historic centre of Puebla. All sights are reachable on foot. The service was tremendous. The rooms are large and modern equipped. The roof terrace has a small swimming pool and bar. The pool is however too small. Only to soak up the sun, the roof terrace. I am business often in Puebla and have two other hotels met there. The breakfast is really very NH-for the eyes and the palate. Read more
