For a 3 years old hotel everything seemed run down and very well kept.
The service in the restaurant is more than bad, exactly like the food variety. We have 2 times (!) the stomach! Evening buffet there is only at the weekend apart from that à la carte. The dishes are not fresh, the offer poor, the service is only good, if the R&B manager in the dining room was. The hotel has definitely no 4 or as it has been described sometimes, 5 star. Due to the poor reviews this hotel got, we arrived with mixed feelings. But we were pleasantly surprised. A transfer kuzfristige Zimmerkaterogie (via the Internet) the was to our complete satisfaction. The criticisms of the Austrian guests we cannot subscribe. The hotel is clean and the staff was always friendly. If we had were immediately fulfilled special requests. The whole hotel made a very good impression. The defects not disturb. In the opinion of the bar it was especially in the evening very impressive, offering stunning views of the ocean. The design of the apartments is very good, unfortunately there are serious deficiencies in the cleanliness (sheets, dust, hair, etc.).
We have after a complaint a new apartment-was better.
The pool areas are great for small children.
The prices for breakfast and dinner buffet are too high.

GENERAL: The Novi - resort is in the Kvarner bay between Crkvenica and Vinodolski up a steep hill with a nice view of the island of Krk.
