A beautiful hotel with managable size. The complex is well maintained and clean. It every age was represented and a lot of nationalities, no nationality falls from the frame! We had the half board, the food was top class! More than enough and versatile, super!
The furniture in the rooms is somewhat older, but reasonable. The rooms are with kettle equipped, there were always new coffee bags ready.
The staff were very friendly and always tried to please. Very pleasant, that you daily new towels by the pool got.

The hotel is located right in the centre of ayes Napa we were in November there. Season there is only until the end of October. Many shops and restaurants are closed (most), although the temperatures and the weather was still great. At the check in we were immediately offered a different room. Napa Plaza is a very centrally located hotel with very pleasant guests from all over Europe. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Even when the front desk staff was (Constantina) always quiet and attentive. Pastime was always for visitors to have time for a smile or wave.
