This is a very good hotel that keeps a good standard.
Excellent nice kind people that serves you 24 hours per day.
The condition of the hotel is super and the rooms are very big and fresh.
They clean every day and change bedclothes.
All services in included, breakfast, lunch and dinner. between the big meals they have snacks and the bar is open all the time.
They where a lot of guests in every different ages.
A lot of people from germany and sweden.

A perfect vacation hotel, we arrived to the hotel 15 minutes before the restaurant was closing, we met the waiter Kemal Kaya and he took immediately care of us and gave us from the beginning and during the week a professional and excellent service, all the staff was very helpful and super friendly. The hotel is a large complex with great view, very good location for shopping and with the Dolmuş it are 10 minutes in the old town side. The staff are very friendly and especially mention I am serkan is always nice and helpful and knew almost every guest name...

The hotel itself is wonderful.
Which we especially great found, were the shops in the inner of the hotel, the photos was great the pictures are really wonderful, the butik we also found great, the quality the du there auffindest the you can get outside in the other shops unfortunately not.

The hotel, in particular the main building, is in a excellent and new condition. You will very friendly greeting on arrival.
The other guests were very nice and you came quickly to the conversation. With our stay it was approximately 95 per cent German guests.
The Structure was a colorful mix-... From young to old.
Attractive is the modern design everywhere- for example the glass lifts.
The cleanliness is altogether very good.

Enjoyed this trip, and would definatley go back there again, one thing the pool is freezing I think the water comes straight from the Dolomite Mountains, although it is beatiful, and when your in the water you soon get used to it.
