Fantastic Resort ,Feb 29/2012 with Awesome Food
We have traveled all over down south for many years away from Canada and we have found this beautiful resort. If you read any negative reviews at all about this resort the people just don't know how to live and should just stay home . Pretty simple, do everyone a favor and do that. If it not January would have been, would have in any other country can be. In a bar never music in the evening. No Salsa or Merengueabende, only the usual activities, the entertainers were not very motivated.
Good places in the restaurant or friendly service, you should always money to buy it.
The friendliness I have in the DOM Republic already better experienced.

The hotel is had nice size rooms but the air conditioner could of been a little stronger. We were in Building 1 which was great since we didn't have far to walk after the evening entertainment. We had bad service with the maids as even one day they forgot to clean the room. We were with a group of 11 and no one else had the problem but they were in a different building which had nice views and we didn't just a road and a yellow pipe running down the side of the road or path. A very lovely area, we have the stay we really enjoyed.
the staff were all really nice.
the food was also great, wide choice and tasted good.
Plenty of leisure time offers given for example volleyball, Football, tennis, table tennis, Archery and so on
the rooms are spacious, only in the bathroom, I would have liked a sound you TERE door.
beach is very nice, are anytime again seaweeds available but several times a day cleared away.
the cocktails and drinks tasted great.
