Hotel New Orleans

Nice aufgemachtes hotel with adjoining American restaurant. Clean rooms of different sizes with mixed age structure of the guests. We had two rooms right next to each other (with the in-laws on the way). Our rooms were big enough with a double glazed windows directly to the port out our parents had even three window and a large bathroom( room 15 recommendable nonetheless). The rooms were three star standard but unfortunately no better. Windows in the room could not be tilted, but only open, so was a fresh air while during the day on the way was not possible. Staff was friendly and courteous. The quality of the breakfast buffets was unfortunately not steady. four times it was good and absolutely OK and there was a bit borderline. Yes okay, it was a little mixed. Perhaps in advance: for a city trip it was sufficient. Getting to the hotel is not easy and without a Navi but rather a problem. My room was fairly small, but generally clean. The service: front desk could have been a bit more at the friendliness-is not so easy, the way there immediately to find. From the outside, the hotel has a real attraction. Nice location and with the possibility to sit outside. When we wanted to check in, however, so we were greeted rather unfriendly at the reception. It was the feeling that we weren't going on, to disturb. The rooms are well decorated and comfortably furnished. The breakfast was disappointing. We were in the hot July in Wismar. Our room was very clean. Absolutely free from defects! On the wall was a large flat screen tv. The beds were comfortable and new. We had a fridge in the room, the hair dryer was missing in the bathroom. The hotel has no air conditioning in the rooms. WD = Innentempatraturen. With over 30 °c, it wasn't't so nice.
