The new Otani hotel is a little out of the center and about 45 kilometer from Narita Airport. The hotel prides itself with five stars, but I would give four stars to the hotel. The rooms are well furnished but quite small, as well as the bathrooms. The spa area was very big and nice, but not included in the room rate included and very expensive. The restaurant I can recommend, but be careful, because really very expensive (a coke around seven Euro, wine not under 16, -) the extra charges I will find here an exaggeration, but you didn't have ... Very exclusive! On arrival reception with ten employees for regular guests, separate reception for members 'club! Bags were brought to the room. The room is accessed by the main course with restaurants, cafes, and boutiques (4 minute) to the tourist office elevator (transfer to the upper floors!) very clean but Japanese small, but euro/us-standard with beds, bathroom and flat screen TV.

A very recommendable hotel in the best location, the we always visit again. Error is it in this hotel no, but apart from this, that the room in the international comparison (as almost always in Japan) appear to be something small. Quality of service is outstanding, and the location-very centrally located in Tokyo, with three subway lines, as well as a Jr station just around the corner-is excellent. I recommend, join the new Otani club. Costs nothing and has some benefits, including special Council. Read more
