The hotel is located just a few minutes from Saint Mark's square, the front desk is located on the first floor. The rooms are a bit on the small side, therefor exceptionally well. You feel like you're in a palazzo. They are very old fashioned equipped, but mostly with flat screen tv and air conditioning. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. It is a small hotel, in an old building, very close to the St. Mark square and other things to see, it is really lovely and stylish, furnished traditionally. You can chose room with or without bath. They do not serve breakfast, but you can find cafes or small restaurants in the surrounding to eat something good, or you can buy for yourself in the market. The nearest vaporetto station is just some minutes to walk. Really good quality for the price. Venezia is expensive related to other Italian cities.
