Had a deluxe room and found the whole hotel area, as well as the staff, and the breakfast very appealing. Beach chairs at the beach and at the pools there were also in the afternoon. To the hotel: we booked this hotel as part of package with TUI as Mixreise meiers world travels. Targets were honeymoon and the objective has been achieved. Fantastic atmosphere, great view and location of the hotel. Tropical terrace room there were evaluated. The hotel was generally very good. Facilities, cleanliness, food and rooms were OK. The beach was clean, but were again and again a kind of algae and seaweed washed ashore and also in the water you felt. Unfortunately, we were very disappointed by the noise level, even though we are not especially sensitive. Us has fallen it very well in the hotel. If you also something noise on the beach (motor boats and jet skis) can do, we recommend the this hotel to anyone. It is certainly more beautiful beaches but it are also three nice pools compensation in the area. The staff of the hotel was always super nice and small repairs were done very quickly. Food in the restaurants outside, there it is cheaper than in the hotel. We are the 'nelayan' gone, there is also something German. Gladly again so we travel there ☺ Read more

Only a couple of very minor negatives - check-in was quite slow but you do get a free fruit juice while you are waiting which was a nice touch, and the free internet in the lobby is slow and has a time limit but this didn't really bother me as who goes on holiday to spend time on the internet! - in September 10

The Bar and Restaurants have great service fairly expensive but there is a lot of other places to eat/drink very close by, the beach is nice and very close to water sports and has a private swimming area so you don't get harrased like other parts of Bali. - in November 09

I understand that, I like to consider myself a greenie as well, but why not switch it off from 7am to 11am instead, while everyone is at breakfast, instead of the middle of the day when you can't bare to be anywhere else??? It doesn't sound like a big deal but there are tropical gardens which surround the pool which drop so much foliage that even when the ground around the pool was swept it would look like exactly the way it began within 10 minutes.
